Not as I expected!

First I will say customer service was good to start off with. Then when I received the shirts they did not fit well and were way too large. I immediately contacted the company and was told I could not return them. I have never ordered any piece of clothing online that was not returnable. Every clothing company has a return policy because fitting issue! I am Very disappointed!
